Support Hospice

Hospice of the Sacred Heart is grateful to our many benefactors contributing to our Hospice Memorial Fund. These contributions by family members and friends of those served by Hospice of the Sacred Heart are used to provide special services to our patients who are uninsured or cannot afford services not provided by their insurance company, such as nursing care, transportation, special holiday dinners, equipment or anything necessary to promote comfort.

All contributions are used for care for those patients and their families in need.

Hospice of the Sacred Heart's philosophy is not to "fundraise" or solicit donations. We do, humbly and gratefully, accept any contribution, big or small, to help fulfill our goal of providing uncompromising patient care.
